Usage

• Ofloxacin: An antibiotic that treats bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase.
• Metronidazole: An antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.

Indications

TOPFLIK-MS is indicated for the treatment of:

• Gastrointestinal infections caused by susceptible bacteria and protozoa.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to Ofloxacin, Metronidazole, Simethicone, or any other component of the formulation.
• Patients with a history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolone administration.
• Severe hepatic impairment.

• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
• Dizziness, headache
• Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, and swelling
• Tendonitis or tendon rupture (rare but serious)
• Metallic taste (due to Metronidazole)
