Usage

• Ofloxacin: A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that fights bacterial infections by inhibiting DNA gyrase, an essential enzyme for bacterial DNA replication.
• Ornidazole: An antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent that eradicates protozoa and anaerobic bacteria by damaging their DNA.

Indications

• Bacterial Infections: Respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and soft tissue infections.
• Protozoal Infections: Amoebiasis, giardiasis, and trichomoniasis.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, or any other ingredients in the tablet.
• Patients with a history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolone use.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary and prescribed by a healthcare provider.
• Patients with epilepsy or other central nervous system disorders.

Side Effects
