Usage

LEZOJOY Tablet is primarily used for the treatment of:

• Bacterial infections, especially those caused by Gram-positive bacteria.
• Skin and soft tissue infections.
• Pneumonia, including community-acquired and hospital-acquired pneumonia.
• Infections caused by resistant strains, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Contraindications

LEZOJOY Tablet should not be used in the following conditions:

• Known hypersensitivity to Linezolid or any other component of the formulation.
• Patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 2 weeks of taking them.
• Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, pheochromocytoma, or carcinoid syndrome due to potential interactions.
• Not recommended for long-term use due to potential side effects and interactions.

Side Effects

Common side effects of LEZOJOY Tablet include:

• Headache
• Nausea and vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Insomnia
• Dizziness
• Taste alteration
• Rash

Serious but rare side effects may include:

• Myelosuppression (including anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia)
• Lactic acidosis
• Peripheral and optic neuropathy, especially with prolonged use
• Serotonin syndrome when used with serotonergic drugs

Directions for Use

• Dosage: As prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Administration: Can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
• Duration: Complete the full course of treatment, even if symptoms improve before the medication is finished.

Storage

• Store at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
• Keep in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Disposal

• Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so.
